Return Policy

NO-NONSENSE RETURNS
We understand that sometimes our customers may need to make a return and we’re here to make the process as simple as possible. Our 14 day returns guarantee has you covered.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
We offer a 14 day cooling off period, If you wish to return any items from your order, you must notify us within the 14 day cooling off period of your intention to return the items, we will then allow an additional 14 days for the products to be returned to us. The cost of the return of unwanted items must be paid by the customer.

The unwanted products must be in brand new, unused condition in the original unopened packaging.

Once we have received the items we will issue the refund via the payment method used in the initial purchase transaction.

RETURNS POLICY
Here at Tflooring&Co, we like to make your return's progress as smoothly as possible for you.  

There are few main reasons you may need to return your order:

You’ve changed your mind

  • Providing your order has not yet been dispatched, you will have 14 days to cancel and receive a refund.

  • If your order has been dispatched/delivered and you have changed your mind, we are happy to accept this back and offer a refund providing this is returned within 28 days from the date of delivery. All returns will be subject to a handling and restocking charge of 25%. Any returned products must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

  • To action your return please email sales@tflooringco.co.uk with your order number, name and contact details, reason for return and with the number of items you would like to return.

  • A returns note will be provided that will need to be attached clearly to the return delivery along with the order number clearly visible. 

  • Please note that any delivery charges are non-refundable and you are responsible of returning the goods to us at your expense.

  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

 You’ve got leftover packs

  • If you have over ordered and would like to return any spare packs of flooring, you can return these to us.  Any returned products must be unopened and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

  • To action your return please email sales@tflooringco.co.uk  with your order number, name and contact details, reason for return and with the number of items you would like to return.

  • A returns note will be provided that will need to be attached clearly to the return delivery along with the order number clearly visible.  

  • Please note that you are responsible of returning the goods to us at your expense.

  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

DAMAGE/FAULTY ITEMS
In the event that a product has a fault or is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will take full responsibility for the return of faulty or damaged products and organise a replacement in a swift manner. 

We deliver all of our orders by hand and carry the items into your home for you so the chance of any damages is unlikely.

We will ask that you forward us images of the fault or damage along with your order number so that we can assess and confirm the fault before arranging the replacement.
